Jerry Zariello

 Managing Partner

Educated in Finance and Economics, with an MBA in Quantitative Methods and Statistical Analysis from Manhattan College, Jerry has developed significant expertise in Enterprise IT optimization. During his 18-year career with IBM Global Services, KPMG, PWC and Sony, he worked with numerous Fortune 500 organizations to assess and implement their information technology systems, practices and strategies.

As a client service practitioner, Senior Manager and Principal Consultant, Jerry worked on and led numerous large-scale information systems and related technical strategy projects, including several ERP implementations, custom application development projects, and merger planning projects.

While client service was his primary responsibility, he also participated in PWC’s Center of Excellence, management of the development of internal project implementation methodologies, instruction of internal consulting classes, leadership of numerous proposal and sales efforts.

Jon McIntyre, COO Patriot

Jon McIntyre

 Managing Partner

With a background in sales and sales management Jon has worked in Europe, the Americas, and Asia in a variety of industries that include FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), capital equipment, and computer hardware before entering the IT consulting industry.

In his early career, Jon worked as a research and development engineer where he specialized in micro-actuator development utilizing electro-ceramics.  He holds three international patents in this area and has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Northumbria in the UK.

Steve Ott

 Senior Vice President – Sales and Service Delivery

Steve joined Patriot Consulting in late 2016. As an accomplished industry veteran, Steve has built, scaled and transformed sales and marketing organizations across an array of technology fields bringing more than 30 years of experience in successfully driving sales growth in IT consulting, digital marketing, mobile, telecommunications, software and technology on a global level. Prior to Patriot Consulting, Steve lead successful sales growth efforts at Digital Firefly Marketing, CMWare, ITXC, Voxware and Legent Corporation.

Patrick Casinelli


During his 20 year career, he has worked for both public and privately held companies, and has experience building finance teams, developing scalable business processes, and implementing industry best financial practices.

Earlier in his career, he held financial leadership roles at Fujitsu Consulting and Telcordia Technologies (subsidiary of Ericsson) within the Financial Planning and Analysis departments. His most recent roles have included Controllerships and project manager for ERP implementations at mid-sized privately held companies.
